I played bingo for many years with Bill and Vickie, Bill was the most warm hearted person I knew. He loved his children very much, he talked alot about them to me. My prayers go out to his children and to Bill. May he rest in peace and may his children find comfort in knowing that their dad was a good friend to many. He was a great man.
