My Uncle was a noble man as well as his family. As a young kid, a little scary too, imposing. A kind man, proud of his service and family. RIP.

My dearest Aunt Betty and my cousins,
I offer my condolences to all of you. Uncle Bill was always a stalwart of our family. He was also a bit intimidating to me. Probably because of his stature and commanding presence, especially for us little kids. I still have bruises from his hand grabbing my knee to get me to laugh. Mrs. Etter and family, I offer my condolences on behalf of your neighbors for so many years, the Spahr and Seibert families. Also on behalf of my mother, Elizabeth, who married one of Bill's closest long-time friends, Warren Williss, six years ago this month. We are so sorry to learn of Bill's passing.
