William Earl Evans was one of many kids my family...the Lytle and Gilmore family grew up with. He by far always wore a smile and held everyone in a kind and respectful way. He was a member of a few clubs and musical groups but in Kingsport he was one of the Soulful Struts along with me, my twin brother Ronald, Pete Crockett, "Bugs" Horton, Mark McMiller, Billy Ed, and lead singer Wayne Lewis.
