I was sorry to learn that Judge Evans had passed away. I got to know him when I served with the Attorney General´s office as counsel to the Orphans Court and Registers. He was a great judge, a fine lawyer and a wonderful person. He will be missed by all and it will be a challenge to find someone to serve in his place possessing all of his good qualities, energy and abilities.
