Patti.....Sorry to learn of the loss of your brother. Like another post, I knew his late wife back in the day when we were youngsters at 1110 Ocean Ave.... If Billy was like your dad which from comments he was, the world has lost another one of the most humble and nicest...

Bill was a real "mensch" when my husband Leslie was tragically killed in 1980. Leslie had a 1969 gold Corvette with two tops. Once probate put ownership in my name, I called Bill and asked him to sell it (since my sons were 2, 4, and 7) for me. He gladly took on the responsibility and refused to take a commission. Leslie actually knew Sandee before I did, when they were both younger at Ocean Beach Park. So we go back pretty far. Sincere sympathy to your family.

Bob and Family, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your brother. I enjoyed working with him at Meadow Farms, he was always happy and ready to go. May he rest in peace!

Grove of 100 Memorial Trees

I knew Bill and Sandra for many years. Neal and my son Matt were friends since kindergarten. They were in Cub Scouts together and I was a scout leader. Bill and I worked for years on the Pinewood Derby and many fund raisers. They were good people. I still think of Neal often when Matt has any kind of milestone. I know Bill will be missed by many friends and family.
