Not sure what to say?

Bill was first and foremost a wonderful family man and kindly gentleman, with many fine friends and paintings surrounding him through out his life. At freshman orientation 1969 the 1st thing he said was “howde”. I felt relieved that

Love you Uncle Bill and Aunt Kay. Miss you both very much.

Bill was both a superb artist and an educational innovator who structured the learning milieu and the curriculum at The York Academy of Art as the Great Renaissance masters structured their workshops. I loved Katie and Bill and so did my mother, Emily. Did not see them often but usually at the Grove-Strawbridge reunion. They will be missed.

He was my most beloved art teacher at York Accademy of Arts back in the 60's. He was always warm and kind to us students. Loved his paintings. He will be missed.

i'm so sad to hear of Uncle Bill's passing but know that he is now with Katie and Jackie and my mom. I spent many memorable times with the whole Falkler family either at their place or my folks' place. my prayers and thoughts go out to Kay and Bill, Jr. and to the whole family. He was much loved as were Katie and Jackie.

Bill Falkler.....He Left His Life Speak

Oct 7, 1995

Uncle Bill has always had a special place in our family. Some of my greatest memories as a kid were going out with him on his painting trips. Terri and I always smile when we think of him and Aunt Kay dancing at our wedding...they both are missed and will always be in our hearts.

Our heartfelt condolences to the family. Megan and I both came to know Bill when we worked with Jackie at the Art Institute. What a wonderful man. He will be missed.
