Bill, Jack Holmes, Dale Stratton and I were the "outstanding" percussion section of Zach Warren's Qtsego Senior High Band. I grew up with Bill starting in early elementary school and spent many an afternoon with him playing with our toy trucks and bulldozers in my back yard.He always had the neatest toys and could draw pictures of semi's that were life like (unfortunately mostly during class time!). Although I haven't seen Bill in years, it seems like just yesterday that we were laughing...
