Billy was special! He was with my ex-husband (Steve Kilmer) the night we met and got together in January, 1977. He was a mainstay in our lives through when Billy and Steve graduated from Central Valley in 1978. Billy was funny, engaging and always up for a good time. So many memories with him over those years and into the early 80's. We moved to Seattle and we lost touch with Billy but he has never been forgotten. We are so sorry for your loss Mary - Billy was one of the good ones. RIP...

Great memories of Billy since middle school at GreenAcres. We were both singers in the "Toppers " and were almost always the shortest :) So many fun performances and times we had in and out of school! Rest in peace, Billy. Love and prayers to his family
