William I. Fetterman

I am saddened to learn of Bill's passing! He was one of the finest human beings I have ever met! My memories go back to my preteen, and teenage years, as Bill's entire family was involved in the Scouting programs in South Central Pennsylvania! I learned so much from him, and really enjoyed his sense of humor! It didn't stop with Bill...his mother, and father, were like parents to me!
