Bill is the kindest man and was an honor to call him my co-worker and friend. We had a weekly Wednesday meeting and was always a joy to hear his sweet voice calling me Kiddo. He will be missed so much and my deepest condolences and prayers are with his family and all those who love him. Thank you Bill for your service and may you rest in Peace.

when I was a policemen in the Village of Oakwood. He was a great
person that looked for guidance and
someone to look up too. We spend many hours talking . He played with
