Rest in Peace, Bill. Bill was a wonderful colleague when we enjoyed working together in the Electrochemical Branch at the NASA Glenn Research Center for many years! Many fond memories developing advanced fuel cell and battery technologies in the Branch for both the space program and terrestrial applications for the betterment of society.
