This person is an example of what you can do when you have been given a life sentence, when he had the accident at 19 years old, of not being able to lead a normal life as we know it. He has been able to have a life that let's the people around him know the love and caring that he shared. He lost his ability to memorize, his ability to run, to have a family, etc. but he never gave up his life, he has been an inspiration to many people.

I will always remember "Uncle Bill" riding the bus to our house, dressed to the "nines", after leaving the Masonic Lodge when it was still downtown. He and my parents having coffee and just catching up. It was always fun to see him. Then Mother or Dad would take him home until the next time.

A dedicated member of Escambia Lodge #15 for over 57 years my regret was never being able to sit in Lodge with "Uncle Bill".

What a good Man who will be deeply missed. I will always remember the great times we had during meeting at Escambia Lodge #15, He was a true Mason and always believed there was good in all people. May God keep and Bless you!
