Read MoreJust came across this and I am sorry that I could not have been there. I also grew up in Huntington woods not far from Fred. I was 8 years younger but also an avid hot rodder and so I hung around "Fred's garage" all the time. We had many good times together especially when I turned 21! I tlaked with Fred 2 years ago when I cam eback for a visit. He was a great guy and will be missed!
