Not sure what to say?

Bill, I always admired you when we were in school, you were a leader then and it sounds as though you have been one all of your life. I will miss the e-mail jokes from you. I know that you are in God's hands now and out of pain. May we all gather comfort knowing that you will always live in or memories whether they are recent or old ones.

My cousin Bill lived and enjoyed his life to the fullest...he loved fishing, hunting & camping and talked about his adventures until his last days...So I believe he has just gone ahead to setup "camp" and wait for family and friends to join him in his favorite past times...Cousin Gloria

I went to school with Bill from 1st grade - 12th grade. He was one of my best friends and we tried to keep in touch as the years went by. I hold Bill and his brother and sisters in my heart. Bill was a wonderful person and valued friend.

Bill was a "cop's cop" who carried himself with dignity and confidence. My condolences and prayers are with his family.

I remember bill as a fine officer and great person. Condolences to his family from our family.
Carlos Gutierrez, sr.

Bill and I started at NTF at the same time and I worked with him for many years. He was one of the guys you could always count on. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts are with his family.

Grief can be so hard during the holidays, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one this holiday season.

We'll always have fun memories of Bill and George eating jalapenos the last time we were all together.

Both Bruce and I worked with and knew him. He was a really neat person and a good cop. What a huge loss. We are so sorry to hear of his passing.
