I am so sorry to hear the news of his passing. "Captain Bill", as he was known in our family was a dear friend of my father. We still speak of him fondly, and often. It will be an honor to visit his memorial in Arlington. He was a great man whose memory will live on. My deepest condolences to your family.

Bill and I had many wonderful years together, at the Juvenile Court. Bill was a wonderful counselor, as well as supervisor. I enjoyed our friendship so much. He will me missed, but never forgotten.
