WILLIAM J. FOLTZ

Bill was such a good friend of Brad's over the years. I shall never forget the visits he made to Brad the years Brad was in the nursing home. Brad always seemed to cheer up and his voice became stronger after those visits.I regret just learning of Bill's passing, and am deeply moved by his inner strength and fortitude these past years.
