Not sure what to say?

Bill was a very talented guy. He had a unique persona that made him so special. I'll treasure my time working with him at the administration building. My deepest condolences to his family.

So sorry

Doris and Bill Folwell at the United Daughters of the Confederacy meeting in Aprol 2019. Bill played taps in honor and our Confederate ancestors.

My sincerest condolences to the Folwell Family for the loss of your loved one, Williams, and pray you find comfort in Psalms 91:2.

Everyone in the Pinellas County Schools Administration Building not only depended on Bill for his IT skills but looked forward to his brilliant smile, humor and wonderful stories. Heaven has gained a wonderful clown and musician to lead his fellow angels. Prayers to family as I was so sorry to hear of his passing❤

Bill was an amazing person. He brought a lot of joy to the Largo Administration building. I enjoyed working with him, enjoyed his music and loved his stories.

Bill was a kind and gentle soul who loved his music. He could always be counted on to support certain heritage organizations by playing taps and other select pieces of music. He will be missed by many. Rest in Peace.
