Not sure what to say?

I´ve been thinking this morning I will try to come back to Denali Nat´l Park. Pay my respects to my friend William. Visit old friends I´ve not seen for many years and of course travel the park road in remembrance of Will. There is nothing more valuable on this earth than friendship... Gene Linton

May your memories give you peace and comfort of your loved one. Words fall short of expressing my sorrow for the loss of your loved one. May GOD be with you all during this difficult time. 1 Thessalonians 4:14 For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus.

Early 70´s Will and I met in a bar just South of the McKinley Park entrance. We where both holding guitars! Needless to say we became close friends! Over the next several years we worked together and played together! He was the kind, generous and the most fun loving person you could ever hoped to have known.! I consider myself to be extremely lucky to have shared so many wonderful moments with this man. My heart is heavy today. Rest In Peace my friend.

Goodbye to a kind and beautiful soul,as was his lovely wife Linda.

I am saddened for the loss of this wonderful person. I purchased several sled dogs from Will & Linda. From that came an admiration of their accomplishments and an appreciation of their enthusiasm & encouragement. Will had an easy smile and gift of gab that was always welcome. Rest In Peace and reunite with your adventure partner. You will be missed. Thanks for your pointers for the dogs & trails.

My deepest sympathies to Will´s family. He was a great inspiration to me.

His spirit will live on in Denali.

Peace and prayers to Will and Family may you rest in peace.
