I miss my dad very much.

Betty Ann Billy Jenny Peter Tricia and John. Even though we left Roberts Avenue so many years ago , the Foster family remains in our hearts. Those years we lived next door were so special to us. Bill was a special man who loved his wife and family and his life. He had a huge heart. If he saw a need he was there to help. My condolences to the Foster family bill you surely be missed may you rest in peace buddy

You were a wonderful father, pop. I'll miss you dearly. Love, John

Didnt know Bill personally but i know his daughter Jen and my heart goes out to the entire family. Rest peacefully my friend

My sincere condolences to the whole Foster family. I came by the house a few times with Trish when we were in high school, & was at first intimidated, but as soon as he said Hi I felt welcome, & I seem to remember him teasing us.
Thinking of you all & hoping you find Peace.
