William L. Foster

Bill was very kind and gregarious as a young man as we were growing up. I am sure he helped many people as a Social Worker and also as an attorney. I am sure he is missed by family, and friends.

I met Mr.Foster through Auburn High Schools Basketball team where he quickly became a friend and mentor. I met Mr.Foster at a critical time in life, he never hesitated to offer myself or anyone assistance when he seen it was needed. I will deeply miss him. My deepest condolences to his family.

I had the pleasure of working with Bill at the beginning of our careers at NYS DFY and at the end of my career at NYS OCFS. Bill was one of the good guys. Rest in Peace my friend.
