I met Mr.Foster through Auburn High Schools Basketball team where he quickly became a friend and mentor. I met Mr.Foster at a critical time in life, he never hesitated to offer myself or anyone assistance when he seen it was needed. I will deeply miss him. My deepest condolences to his family.

I met Mr.Foster through Auburn's High School Basketball, where he quickly became a life long friend and mentor.I met Mr.Foster at a critical time in my life and not once did he hesitated to step in when he seen myself or anyone in need of assistance. I had the pleasure of working with Bill at the beginning of our careers at NYS DFY and at the end of my career at NYS OCFS. Bill was one of the good guys. Rest in Peace my friend.
