Not sure what to say?

Our family loved Billy so much. Dad and Billy had such great times on the golf course and their enjoyment of big band music. He will be missed. Love, Carol Weyman

Billy was a good friend of the Bloomfield family and a close friend of my brother, Harry Bloomfield and my childhood dentist. He was a very special loving person!

Not only my dentist but more importantly and evrlasting, he was a good friend. ALWAYS good for a a joke and some of them were even funny.

The Final Salute

“Brothers in Arms”, Military men and women down through the centuries, have traditionally exchanged “Hand Salutes” as a sign of recognition and as a way to render courtesy and respect one to another.

This “Hand Salute” is the last that we shall render to William Bickham (Bill) Fowler our “Brother-in-Arms”. To his family it symbolizes the love and respect that we have for Bill. And to Bill it is rendered as a symbol of honor and gratitude to thank him for...

Dr. Fowler was my across-the-street neighbor from childhood through young adulthood. We could have had no kinder or more concerned neighbor and he was a positive influence on me by example. I know his family will miss him greatly.

I went to work for Bill's brother Dr. Sanders Fowler, Jr as a young teenager (age 18) and worked for him several years. Bill was in college at the time. The Fowler family will always hold a special place in my heart.

Many times over the years I visited with Mr. Fowler about his aquariums. Great guy always always laughing. RIP Bill I will see you again some sunny day.
