William Raymond Fox

Mr. Fox had a passion for teaching. I learned a lot about baseball as well as math as he used baseball stats for a lot of examples. He also coached the middle school boys bball team and invited me to keep the book and taught me how to run the scoreboard. He was clever, fun, and a great teacher/coach. Praying for comfort for his family as they get used to life without him.

I am saddened to see that another one of my favorite teachers has passed. Mr. Fox was my 4th grade math teacher at Grimshaw. He was the teacher that made math fun- we would have weekly math games/competitions and I remember winning one week and choosing a Rod Stewart LP as my prize. He was shocked I knew who Rod Stewart was as a 4th grader-but being the youngest of 5, my older siblings had a wide array of musical likes. Rip Mr.Fox. Great man! My favorite Teacher! Alot of great memories in your class. William Fitzpatrick (DA) coming into class and going to a pool party during school hour. He used to come watch me play basketball LaFayette vs Tully. Truly a great man!! Condolences to your family.
