Read MoreWe must not forget Mr. Foy's involvement with the Spanners Drum and Bugle Corps of Jewett City. I was a very young cymbal player during the late 1960's into early 1970's, and Mr. Foy was a chaperone spending many a weekend carting all of us around to parades and competitions. He was always a gentleman. I am very sorry for your loss.
