Not sure what to say?

Bill was a good man who loved his family, his friends, his many years of flying, his volunteer work with CASA and his dog, Splash. He was a good friend and a good husband to me, during our 2 1/2 year marriage. Bill touched many lives in his too-short life.

I appreciated Bill's dedication, enthusiasm, and good natured humor while serving as a Guardian ad Litem for neglected or abused children on my caseload in Ada County. We will miss him. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family. Galen Carlson

I remember an especially kind and outgoing young man, our neighbor and a friend of my older brother, Mike, until we moved away around 1957. His family is in my prayers.

I knew Bill from the 3rd grade at Franklin School through Borah High. He was a great guy and will be missed.

Brit and the entire Francis family, Thinking of you during this very difficult time, Please accept my sincere condolences. Shirley MacDonald

Coach Francis was my little league baseball coach back in 1959 and 1960. He was such a great coach and athlete. I don't think I've seen Bill in more than 50 years, but I've never forgotten him. My greatest regret is that I didn't have a chance to tell him how much I admired him.

I flew with Bill for Delta out of ORD in the 80's. Always a class act and a honor to work with. Very sorry to hear of his passing.

First met Bill when we were in the 6th grade at Franklin. He was always so great in sports and a fun classmate all through West Jr. High and then on to Borah. My prayers and sympathy to the family!

My condolences to Bill's family. We were squadron mates during Air Force pilot training, Class 69-01, Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
