Our deepest condolences to the Francis families. ..May his soul rest in peace

So sorry for your loss, he was a great man.

It is with deep sadness to learn of the passing of Sgt. William Francis. As a rookie police officer in 1988, I had the pleasure of picking him up at home and bringing him to work at the old sub station at Nathan Bishop School. He was always pleasant and he was an honorable man. May his soul rest in peace.

To the Francis Family please except Condolences your Father was one of the lighthouses who light showed the way for those of us who came later. Don sorry I can't make wake.
