We will miss you, Bill Frank ! Bill was a wonderful family man to all his immediate and extended family members. His low-key approach was always enjoyable to his many friends. He was one of our favorite brothers-in-law.

My condolences to Bill´s family. Bill was a true gentleman, I had the pleasure of knowing him for many years ,often making his lunch at the Citizen Hose. Always a kind hello and a nice conversation. May he rest in eternal peace and perpetual light shine upon him.
