We at Visiting Angels wish to send our love and condolences to Ann and the family. Thank you for the privilege of letting us take care of him, if only for a short time. It was an honor to meet him. Blessings to all of you.

Ms Franks, I know you don't remember me. I am Denise Brewer from New Salem church in Caledonia. Bro. Franks performed my wedding. A funny for you..When he pronounced us the wrong last name.. someone sitting close to you hear you laugh & say, " and he was doing so good"! I thought alot of ya'll. Praying for you and your family.

Mrs. Franks, I wish you peace and comfort in the loss of your beloved husband. I can still see us at the Sunday dinner table at Pope AFB. How time flies. Be strong and let your many memories (and big family!) carry you now. With love, Karen Tomolonius Clayton.

Ann, I am so sorry to hear of Bill's death. I did not know him well, but have heard many good things about him from those who did. You & your family are in my prayers during this very difficult time.

We were saddened to hear of Brother Bill's passing. He was such a God loving man and a wonderful pastor and friend. He will truly be missed by all who's lives he has touched.

We are so sorry to hear of Brother Bill passing. We have such good memories of our Pastor. Brother Bill help to lead my son, Andy and my brother Ellis to the Lord . He helped my son to understand just how much Jesus loved him. Brother Bill loved the Lord and we know that we will see him in Heaven and we will be together again. The Wayne Cole Family

So sorry to learn of Billy's death before he got all of us buried. Don't know who will be our spokesman now. Loved both you and Billy and the children I knew. I know he is a happy camper today. Hug everyone for me. Betty Fancher, Katy, TX.

So sorry to hear about Billy. He will always have a special place in my heart. Loved hearing him tell about things that had happened during his life. I'm sure Uncle Sam, aunt Bessie, Cecil and Larry welcomed him into heaven. Will keep you guys in my prayers
