Lorraine I was so sad to read of Billy's passing. When I worked years ago with him at the DMV, he always had me laughing with that laugh of his. I also enjoyed getting those crazy e-mails of his & always looked forward to those holiday photos. I will miss him. You & the girls are in my prayers.
