Not sure what to say?

I recall Wayne quite vividly from my days at EHS although we were a grade apart. We all knew him by Wayne and not William. He was, in my estimation, the best athlete at Evergreen High School. Wayne was the type guy who would knock your block off playing football and then turn around, pick you up, dust you off and ask if you were okay. My deepest sympathy to the family, and many friends of Wayne. He was special, and possessed a special talent.

I am sorry to read about your loss. May you find comfort in the Bible during this difficult time.

In Christian concern and loving care, you were uplifted in prayer by The Mens Prayer Fellowship of Dauphin Way United Methodist Church.

Wilodyne, You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love, Mary (Tom) Bates

Thinking of you as you walk through this difficult time. We were not around Wayne very much but what a joy he was. You could tell he loved life and looked forward to the life to come.
Billy and Susan Harris, Cornelia, Ga. (Tharp cousin)

Our deepest sympathy to the many friends and family of Wayne Frazier. I was a year ahead of Wayne at Evergreen High and always admired his tremendous talent as a football player. He was by far the best athlete in high school during my time there. The nickname "Cotton" must have come after high school. I don't know that any of us would have been brave enough to call Wayne a nickname unless he approved it.
Wayne went on to make us all proud of being Evergreen Aggies.

It is rare that we find someone with the "presence" that Wayne had. He was one of a kind and admired by so many people, from so many walks of life and from so many diverse walks of life. He was such a multi-talented person - it would be almost impossible to describe him. Wayne touched us ... saying prayers for you, Dean, the boys and the rest of the family.

Wayne was a childhood hero to me. I always remember a close football game he was playing in Evergreen HS . The score was tied and Wayne was about to kick the ball back to the opposing team (he was the team's punter) when he decided to run the ball instead. It resulted in a touchdown for his team and Evergreen won the game. That was how Wayne lived life--take a chance, go for it, and never give up! He left a wonderful legacy for us all to remember him by. Rest in Peace Always, Peter and...
