William R. Frazier

Bill was a man of love, integrity, wisdom and faith - a blessing to all who knew him. A proud Army veteran, his love of God, family and country was his hallmark. Having come to know him as a brother in Christ at St. Luke's as he mourned Marie's transfer to heaven, we often prayed together and talked of wonderful memories and the promises of our Lord who undoubtedly welcomed him home saying "Well done good and faithful servant!" Your "Navy buddy" will miss you, Bill, until we meet again.
