Knew Bill as a customer at my place of work (Uptown Coney) in Chelsea and he became part of The Coney Family.. Always a positive and Good natured Guy with the Best Stories and there never was a boring minute when having a conversation with him.. Loved his knowledge of cars and how excited he got talking about Jaguars.. With sadness and respect for his beautiful family, it is with sorrow that my brother in laws passing bringing us together once again to celebrate a life we'll lived.
