I can not believe that Bill has been gone for FOUR years!! When I would visit him he always met me with a huge smile and he always made me smile. He helped so many people with his free tutoring and cared for ALL people no matter what their station in life, their religion, the color of their skin or what language they spoke. He truly was a gentleman and a gentle person, one who is truly missed!

Bill was a true friend....He was the first person that I had met back in 1976 when we both entered the U.S. Army. We saw each other with our other Army buddy Coleen practically every year up until this past summer. What a brilliant and wonderful friend he was!
