Not sure what to say?

I just returned from Vacation and received the news this morning about the passing of Bill Gallo. I just wanted to say to his family and friends, that he will be missed, and that he was one of the biggest supporters of our Salem County Veterans, and we thank him for all of his support and help over the years. Now we have another Angel to continue looking after our Veterans' in Haven

Thanks for everything Bill
Joseph Hannagan
Director of Veterans Affairs
County of Salem

Bill was a talented professional with a big heart. He cared and wanted to improve the lives of those who live and work in Salem County. He died at such a young age, when I'm sure he had so much more to give. Very recently, he wrote a story about non-profits and the former United Way of Salem County. It was a great article and I appreciated it as a non-profit director. I felt like I knew him forever. May he rest in peace and may God bless those he left behind.

I remember Bill as a Wonderful Young reporter ; Todays 'Sunbeam ; He sat in the circulation area for awhile & we enjoyed hearing of News in his travels / trips to Atlantic city & Beyond !! Later years I would find him at Antiques shows in & around South Jersey ...Sad knowing of his passing ...He will be remembered by Many with Loving Thoughts !! LJC

He was a consummate professional with a great devotion to the history of Salem County, and his sudden passing will leave a tremendous void. He was also a genuine character. with a wry sense of humor. He was a spiffy dresser too. I particularly remember the full-length beaver coat he used to wear, which...

We are sorry to read of Bill's passing. He was an excellent writer! Will pray for him.
