I´m 54. The fondest memories I have of my childhood were watching the Lions with my Dad and my Grandfather on Thanksgiving. I´ll be tuned in tomorrow with my four sons. Go Lions, and Godspeed to your Father. May his memory be a blessing.

Rest in Peace William! Condolences to the family! My Husband is a diehard Lions fan and we were all on the edge of our seats last season hoping "this was it!" Lions fans are a rare tough breed of people! What an awesome tribute to your father! We will all be thinking of him this Thanksgiving and every game. All the way to the Super Bowl! Go Lions!
