Not sure what to say?

You were a great friend and taught me many things about life. I´ll always remember our road trips

Sincere sympathy to Bill's family and friends. We shared so -many great memories of fast pitch softball with them. Those were special times.

Our condolences to Margie and the family.

I had the pleasure of refereeing basketball and umpiring softball with Bill, and learning how to officiate the games from him. He was well respected by his peers.

I´m so sorry for your lost

i played basketball at shades valley hs and then at birmingham southern;i remember bill as a fair ,compotent and well respected official;he was also a really nice guy

I am so sorry for your loss. My Mother (Ruth Stack) and Father Leo Stack knew Bill and Evelyn really well. My sister Leigh and I have such great memories of them. I know he will be missed by everyone who knew him. May God comfort you all at this time.

My father was Jack Fox. He was the manager for Deaton's softball team. I remember Bill and Evelyn well. I have such wonderful memories of those years at the ball park and tournaments in Florida. They were great people. I'm very sorry for your loss.

Loved my time at the News with Bill. He was truly one of a kind. Prayers for Jennifer and his family.
