I will Always Rember Bill.He was a Huge Part of my Life in Highschool.we made alot of Family memories at the Lake house and even after, the talks we had at my Automotive Shop while his car got worked on. I used to think He was A Hard Man but He Always Showed Me the Softer Side of him and that Big Smile of His!! To the Giffin family, I wish to express my sincere sympathy in the loss of Bill. He was my insurance agent for several years. Our occasional visits at the office usually turned to remembrances about music and the former yearly event called the "Esteddfodd" which was held yearly ending in 1954. We were both participants as he was a student of Harold Beckett at Shawnee and I was a student of Doyt Yoakam at Lafayette-Jackson. A very special memory is of a breakfast with him, Harold...

Jeff and I are so sorry to hear of Bill´s passing. It´s hard to believe that Jeff and I have known Bill for 41 years. We both have kept in touch over the years. It was always interesting to talk with him and catch up on the latest family news. Bill was quite a character and never minced words. He told you just how it was and what was on his mind. Mark I am So Sorry for the Loss of Your Dad. He was a Wonderful, proud and Caring Man!! Its Hard Loosing Parents! My mom is still at her house.Although She fell a couple months ago and was in Nursing home for 2 months. She is doing Fairly well Now but Starting to Go Downhill. I had the pleasure to have known and served with Col Giffin. We would meet with other military retirees every month for lunch chat about world events. I will miss our talks . My deepest sympathy to the family.
