Billy was the first friend I made when I moved to Maryland. I spent time with him almost every day for the 2 years that I lived there. He became like family to me and my kids when we had no family around. He was truly one of the good ones. I feel so lucky to have known him. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Billy was always fun to be around and we had many memories riding together. One I will always remember is riding home from DE. on Route 100 in the rain and we decided to race each other. He was always devoted to the cause. RIP Brother and I'm sure your up there riding your Harley
