As an employee of his since 1998, I was amazed at first to see that he seemed to know the name of everyone in the company as he walked about, which he used to do regularly. I think he made each of us feel important and valued, and he has always had my loyalty. Even through the hard times, he did his best for this extended family called Flexicon. May God smile on this man, as I am sure he was "in Heaven a half-hour before the devil knew he was gone".
