Deepest codolences to the family. Bill and I were both Inspectors in the Cincinati Division and worked very closely together on the Orville Stifel case for many months traveling together to many places near and far. He was a true gentleman, friend and a great Inspector. The World is a better place for him having passed our way. I will truly miss him.
