I am both shocked and saddened to learn of Bill's death. We were neighbors for at least 15 years and I watched him kindly help his parents with house projects, go to work each day and look forward to his bowling leagues. Somewhat shy, he nevertheless always said "good morning" and was genuinely happy to interact with all the neighbors. In turn, all the siblings always looked out for him, just as Fran and Ed did. He was a good man taken too soon; he will be missed and remembered. May that...
