Very saddened to learn of his passing. Judge Gindin was always polite, considerate and mindful not only of the process but the primary purpose of the process. Countless families remain in homes today solely because of the ample opportunities he gave them to do so. I just read this and want to extend my sympathy to Emily and her family.

Bill was an extremely fine man and I had the pleasure of knowing him when he lived in Perth Amboy and Plainfield.

I always thought highly of him and my husband, Michael joins me in remembering all his accomplishments.
