Not sure what to say?

For the family, friends and business associates of Bill: Bill was one of the people in the world of public finance that was such a pleasure to work with since he had a great command of his craft and most importantly, a wonderful sense of humor. I will miss his warm personality. Sincerely, Susan Knutson, ratings analyst for Standard & Poors.

Eric and Joan--

Just wanted to tell you how sorry I was to hear about your Dad's passing. He was a good man, an accomplished professional, and most importantly a wonderful father to you Eric.

You and the rest of your extended Giovanni family are in our prayers, thoughts and hearts.

May perpetual light shine on Gio, and may he rest in peace.

With all our sympathy, prayers and love,

Uncle Bob

I didn't really know Gio, but my mom worked with him. Her name is Deidre Cadwell. I know how my mom feels when she lost Gio, cause I lost one of my friends a couple weeks ago too, his name was Darryl. But I'm sorry to those who knew Gio very well and that he's gone now. I'm also sorry for his wife Anne and his son Eric. We will all get through this together, so hold your head up high and look at the sky and see Gio smile down on you.

Thank you, Bill for being a great role model and even greater big brother. I will always treasure my memories of us growing up together like Christmas mornings, wiffle ball games, vacations, high school car pool, on and on I could go. The support and encouragement you gave me have been invaluable. God bless you, Ann, Eric and Joan.

Deepest condolences to Annie and your family. Bill was a talented professional with a great devotion to his family and colleagues. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Although we did not know Bill's family, we knew Bill professionally. Bill was the president of AIC in January 1998 when we decided to change our broker dealer relattionship to AIC. Bill's professionalism & interest in us & our practice always made our decision to join AIC easy. Bill was always a gentlemen and a pleasure to work with over these past 6 years. He will be missed by all of us. Our deepest sympathies are extended to his wife Annie and his children.

My deepest condolences to the family, friends and former co-workers of Mr. Giovanni. I feel blessed to have both worked and laughed with him. I will never forget his kindness.

Annie, I am so sorry for your loss. Please find me if I can do anything for you. I know how much the two of you were in love and always will be. Please know that the peace of God will come to you.

I will be forever grateful for the chance that Bill gave me to finish my business career in an ideal enviroment. He was a wonderful man to work with.
