Bill was my rifelry counselor at Brown Ledge camp in the early 60's. We all loved him for his support and mentoring. I remember a conversation with him in the dining room. He told me to look at a salt shaker. After a minute he told me to hold the salt shaker. After a minute he talked about how by my holding it I had sped up the movement of the molacules of the shaker.
