Growing up very closely with Aimee, I remember Bill teasing us as well as teaching us, through music mainly. I remember "borrowing" his Kinks and Cars records. OOh, he would get upset but than he would join us and quite a "cool" brother he was. My heart goes out to all of you, you were an extended family to me when I was young and I know how close you all were. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Goggins Family,
I knew Bill when we both worked at Embarko many years ago. With his rapier wit and true generosity of spirit he quickly became my friend and comrade. We shared a common interest in Irish literature and he once gave me a Flann O'Brien book with a beautiful inscription which I have always treasured. I am so very sorry for your loss but please know Bill will live on in the memory of those he touched with his brilliance and unique magic.

Dear Ute, Pat & family,
We were so saddened to hear about Billy; you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Pat, Ute, Cathy and Aimee,
I am so sorry about Billy. I have such fond memories of our 6 week car trip to Mexico in the 5th grade; driving in the sand dunes, gliding over the mojave and eating date ice cream. I remember swimming with Billy and Cathy in Puerta Vallerta and wishing I had a big brother just like him. I haven't seen him in over 30 years, but I think about your family often. I remember his blonde hair and his great smile. My prayers are with you. Jen Griffiths

To the Goggins Family,
I had the honor of meeting your son only once in the Bahamas at a mutual friend's wedding. I never forgot Bill. He was an individual with such positive energy and vast intellect, leaving one feeling pleased to have met this person. You have lots to be proud of in Bill.
My deepest symphathy over your loss.
