William P. "Bill" Goin

My condolences to the family of Bill and Jean Goin. I knew both and worked with Bill at Washington County as Fugitive Detectives looking for "wanted" people. We visited several times at the Oregon Coast after retirement and last at Palm Springs during his recovery from the ladder fall. He was a considerate and gentle man and a pleasure to work with.
