Bill will long be remembered for his open mind, loving heart and generous spirit. He lived every day to the fullest and inspired others to do so as well.
My prayers go out to his sons, Sergei and Ziggy, and to his family, Claire, Luiz, Josh, Rachel and Estee .

My heart goes out to Claire,Luis, Josh and Rachael. And of course to Ziggy and Sergei.
Bill was unlike any person I have every met. He was kind, generous, a true philanthropist.
He will be missed by so many friends and family. I know I will miss him terribly he was a good friend.

We are terribly saddened by the sudden death of our cousin Bill. He was a very sweet man with a heart of gold. He was especially kind to my parents and always helped to bring his father to see my father, his brother in NY. He was a wonderful father, brother and uncle. A real mensch. Our condolences to Sergei, Ziggy, Claire and her family. The Goldstein family has lost a dear cousin.

Puerto Rico will never be the same without Bill on the beach, please know that we are thinking of Bill's children and sister. Bill talked to me about his trip with his sister to Israel and how moved he was about that..Bill loved his children so much and talked about them all the time.. they completed his life, he was thrilled to be their father.
