William Goodling

Many warm thoughts to Congressman Goodling's family. I will always cherish the hours of campaigning for Bill and laughing with Hilda. I am so grateful for his interest in my two sons who he sponsored as pages in Washington, D.C. He was truly a gentleman who loved life!

Congressman Bill Goodling was very instrumental in securing the freedom of Dickinson College librarian Mr. Yongyi Song from the Chinese prison as well as the freedom of the Golden Venture Chinese refugees. He was an exemplary public servant who has left an enduring legacy. He will be dearly missed.

This wonderful man touched our family in so many ways, we could never say "thank you" enough. The world got a little darker the day Bill passed, but Heaven is much brighter...

Sorry to hear of the passing of Bill. I knew both Bill and Hilda, personally and business wise.
I knew his Dad who had the grocery store in the
Loganville square. Todd was a great friend of
our daughter Corinne. They both attended
Dallastown High.

Bill is a wonderful person and will be missed.
