William G. Goodrich, Sr., 90 of Bordentown, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Samaritan Hospice in Mt. Holly, surrounded by his family. Born in Cortland, NY, he was a longtime Bordentown resident. Bill had a passion for automobiles and started working in a garage at the age of 6. He worked as a service manager at Johnston Oldsmobile until 1975 and later owned and operated Suburban Motors in Bordentown. Bill was always one to keep busy and after his retirement worked at Roka Motors in Wrightstown. A US Army veteran, serving in WWII, he was a founding member of the Star Civil Association of Bordentown and had a great interest in Antique cars. Bill was an amazing man who would help anyone in need and was a loving and devoted father and grandfather.

Son of the late George and Iva Goodrich, Bill was predeceased by his first wife, Alice; his two sons and a daughter-in-law, Patrick Goodrich and William and Diane Brucks, his son-in-law, Billy Paul and two great grandchildren, Noah and Stella. Bill is survived by his devoted wife, MaryAnn Goodrich; his nine children and their spouses, William G. Jr. and Violet Goodrich, Robert and Claudia Goodrich, Bruce and Linda Goodrich, John and Sherri Brucks, MaryAnn and Will Wall, Clare and Tim Wadsworth, Sally Brucks, JoAnne Paul and Michelle and Mike Hennessy; 11 grandchildren, Jeremy, Kirsten, Brett, Shannon, Katie, Billy, Eric, Marty, Michele, Timmy and B.J.; 12 great grandchildren, Jeremy, Megan, Hunter, Logan, Aria, Jaden, Zion, Hannah, Haleigh, Holeigh, Kalie and Josh; his very special friend, Mo Rahman; close friends, Dave Ezell and Ronnie Franks as well as many nieces and nephews.

At Bill's request, services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope Hose Humane Co. #1, 150 W. Burlington St., Bordentown, NJ 08505 or Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300,
Marlton, NJ 08053.
