I knew bill for about four years while living in Atlantic city, from 2007 to 2011, he was always kind to me, a nice person who talked about his brother the sand sculptor all the time, I remember he had cancer on his nose, he had it removed and that was the last time I saw bill, just found out he passed RIP bill
